Rental units and new car

In these pictures you can see both our new Ford Focus and the rental property we purchased in Novemeber 2008. That is the car sitting beside unit 185. There are 4 units in the building. Each is a 2 bedroom with full unfinished basement. All our tenants have lived here forever with the longest being an original tenant who has been here since 1969.
