high and low tide

 

On our way to  Dorchester/ Johnson's Mills  the first time I noticed a bunch of lobster traps and a dock along the road beside a mud hole.  Of course being curious, I stopped and wandered over and took the top picture while standing near the edge of the dock.  On our high tide return to the area I again stopped amazed by the river which was now in place.  The last 2 pics show the river. One shot from the road and the other from the dock. I guess we know now how they get those traps from the dock into the water.
